WELCOME TO FUR FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY
Capture The Joy. Show The Love.
There is nothing as joyful as the companionship that our special four legged friends give to us every single day!
Our mission here at FFP is to Capture the Joy and help you to Show the Love you have for YOUR Fur Family!
FFP provide’s lifestyle pet photography services. We photograph your animals were they are the most comfortable and happy; at the park, near the shore or even in your own backyard. We shoot in a true photojournalistic style which means we capture your animal being themselves. No artificial lighting, no studios. We capture your animals true spirit through photographing them in their natural state. Consider us just a fly on the wall and you are guaranteed to get images that have you saying…
“That is totally Buster!”
It’s As Easy As…
Before you contact FFP to schedule a consultation we recommend taking some time to explore our website. First check out our Portfolio page along with our Blog so you have a really good sense of the type of images we create. Once you have determined that we create images that truly resonate with you shoot us an email and we will get things started. After we are properly introduced we will schedule a time to meet in person to talk and discuss your fur kids, along with your expectations for the final product. Are you looking for a couple small desk pieces to display at your home and work or would you prefer wall sized artwork that will compliment and highlight the features of your home? We will discuss all the options available to you and ensure that we have all the information to make your session with FFP a truly memorable experience. Full product lists and pricing will be provided.
On the day of our photo shoot we will meet at the location we agreed upon during the consultation. Weather being what it is in Portland there is some need for flexibility. I generally will reschedule photo shoots if it has rained a couple days beforehand or if the weather is scheduled to be rainy. Cloudy is never an issue as it can result in some beautiful images. Most sessions will be scheduled for early morning or late afternoon. We will spend some time getting your fur kid(s) comfortable before I break out all the fancy camera gear and only once everyone is settled will we begin. The duration of the shoot is variable however 60 minutes is usually sufficient. I assure you that we will never finish a photo session without knowing that we have captured and achieved everything we discussed in our initial consultation. We pride ourselves on exceeding client expectations every time.
The Big Reveal
Once the session is complete we will quickly process the shoot and within fourteen days present the final images to you during a scheduled, in home ordering session. We believe that seeing the images in physical print form enhances the experience above and beyond what an online gallery can do. We will provide you with a 5×7 proof set of all the images. You can then lay them out on a table, try this one side by side with this one, organize as you see fit. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss, decide and finalize your Photo Product order. We will have on hand samples of ALL of our products for you to see and touch, as well as sizing templates so you know what will work best for you and your home. All decision makers must be present at this session and payment is due upon ordering. We do have a comprehensive payment plan with an initial payment being made during the ordering session.
